material and they are metal detected.

agreement between farmer and producer is drawn up and this contract confirms
that production takes place according to G.A.P. (Good Agricultural
Practises).
· Traceability is claimed as from the level of the farmer.
· The fruits are IQF (Individually Quick Frozen).
· The fruits are healthy and ripe and not fermented.
